This site is a prototype public commenting system. It has been produced and is hosted by SARL Sopinspace. User privacy rights are defined in the French law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (law on informatics, files and freedoms).

Visitors to the site can access the public contents without providing any personal information. Only anonymous statistical data is collected regarding their visits. To enter comments users are required to provide their email address. This email address is not made visible and will be used only for the site function. In order to upload texts, users must fill a simple registration form that includes name and email adress (not made visible). Users who wish to try the group commenting facility are requested to fill a personal information form. The corresponding information will be used by Sopinspace according to the opt-in choices indicated when filling the form.

We remind users that the texts that they make public or comments that they post must respect privacy of others. See terms of use for our reserved rigths to delete any text that wouldn't respect privacy of third parties.

Right of access and rectification

In accordance with article 34 of the "Informatics and Freedoms" law, you have a right of access, modification, rectification, and deletion of personal data or data that pretends to represent you.
